Given that all items are personalized, we do not accept returns or issue refunds. All sales are final.
Received a Damaged or Wrong item?
All items are inspected prior to being mailed. However, in the event an item was damaged during shipping or if you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at craftsbyadi@gmail.com. We are happy to assist in addressing these issues. If not contacted within 24 hours of the package being delivered, we will assume that the item was successfully delivered in an acceptable condition.
